The AIM of this activity is to train youth workers, leaders, youth activist on how they can improve the gender equality of their activities and act as agents of inclusion, to assure the participation of young women and men with fewer possibilities. The training shall provide a space to share information, perspectives and resources to emphasize the role of youth and educational activities which address issues related to gender and their impact in youth work.
The seven days Training will be implemented by using the non-formal education approach, the experiential learning and the learning by doing methodology, through the use or several methods such as: group work, discussion, role plays, simulations, debates, trust building games, presentations, etc.
This event will bring together 28 participants from Estonia, Albania, Kosovo, Slovenia, Turkey, Italy and Bosnia & Herzegovina. The event will be held in English. There are 4 vacancies available and participants should have minimum 18 years old.
The Youth in Action programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse the participants with 70% of the travel costs. There will be a participation fee of 30 Eur. per participant.
